Mechanical Superintendent

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH area client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Mechanical Superintendent position. Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. • Seeking management experience in general construction
• Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

• Minimum of 3 years of field engineer level experience in mechanical construction services
• Must have OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 is preferred)
• Experience in projects of $10 million or more preferred
• Healthcare and hospital construction project experience highly preferred

Salary Range: $90-120K
