Construction Safety Manager

Our client, the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$69 - $76 Per hour

• Serve as the on‑site safety lead for Microsoft’s Land Development & Community team.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Conduct daily safety observations, inspections, and reviews using systems like Enablon and Compass.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Support onboarding and evaluation of subcontractors from a safety perspective.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction safety management, especially on large civil or infrastructure projects.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety reporting platforms such as Enablon and Compass.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
