They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team and oversee ground-up commercial construction projects across Central Ohio.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site construction activities and field operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Ensure safety, quality, and project schedule compliance
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Proven background in commercial ground-up construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams effectively
