This role is responsible for delivering accurate cost estimates, leading competitive bid preparation, and driving effective procurement strategies. The position manages subcontractor engagement, ensures precise scope definition, and facilitates collaboration among project stakeholders. Responsibilities also include supporting constructability reviews, advancing value analysis, maintaining consistent estimating practices, overseeing document control, guiding post-bid activities, mentoring junior staff, and leveraging estimating technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.
This role is onsite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of estimating or preconstruction experience (or equivalent)
- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Experience with estimating software
