Remodeling & Construction Worker

Renew Additions & Remodeling Provided Pay Range

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Renew Additions & Remodeling, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, full-time Construction Laborer with some hands‑on experience who’s ready to learn, work hard, and grow with a solid local remodeling company.

• Assist with demolition, hauling, jobsite prep, and finish work.
• Learn and support full interior remodels and home additions.
• Gain experience in tile work, flooring, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Work alongside skilled tradespeople in the greater Columbus area.

• 2+ years of construction or remodeling experience.
• Reliable transportation & valid Ohio driver’s license.
• Drug‑free and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Willing to relocate to Columbus, OH if not already local.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn new skills.

• $20–$25/hour, based on experience.
• On‑the‑job training with opportunity for advancement.
• Regular yearly raises.
• Paid holidays and PTO/sick days.
• Tools provided.
• Official W-2 employee position (not 1099).
