Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Estimator

The Project Manager provides overall management direction on all types of projects, including large industrial and structural projects. This positionestablishesprojectobjectivesthrough planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. The Project Manageris responsible forthe financial results of the project.

• Coordinate job transition and start-up process
• Champion jobsite safety and manage project risk
• Manage cost and schedule
• Oversee the work of direct reports
• Maintain positive client relationships
• Perform initial contract review, cost coding, and preliminary budget
• Collaborate with the Operations Team to developan accurate project plan
• Create change orders, when appropriate, to satisfy customer expectations
• Prepare,submit, and document all material submittals
• Review drawings and specs for RFIs
• Order and track project materials
• Accuratelymaintainproject records throughout the course of construction
• Manage buyout of concrete, rebar, and major project materials
• Manage subcontractors, including scope compliance and dispute resolution
• Identify and propose value engineering opportunities
• Prepare owner pay applications, monthly billings, and cash flow projections
• Visit each project site regularly and attend weekly project coordination meetings
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, retainage, and closeout documentation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore) and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multitask to meet deadlines
• Desire to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of project management experience with a self-perform concrete or commercial construction contractor
• Current valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screen
