Project Manager commercial construction

The Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects with primary responsibility for safety, project scheduling, cost controls, and coordination with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. This position oversees project execution, administers subcontracts and purchase orders, and establishes project-specific controls to monitor and report project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive project safety programs and requirements.
• Develop, manage, and drive the project schedule.
• Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Establish project budgets and cost controls.
• Administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Establish project-specific controls and monitor and report project performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
