Construction Manager/ Foreman
An established and nationally recognized general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Executive to lead large-scale commercial and mission critical projects throughout the Columbus market and surrounding regions.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a construction professional with a strong operational background, proven client relationship experience, and the ability to oversee complex projects and teams from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities- Provide executive oversight for multiple large-scale mission critical construction projects
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and operational teams
- Drive project performance related to safety, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and client satisfaction
- Participate in business development efforts and help strengthen long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during pursuit and planning phases
- Ensure operational consistency and accountability across projects and teams
- Support strategic growth initiatives within the Ohio market
- Maintain strong communication with ownership groups, design teams, and subcontractor partners
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale Mission Critical projects
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and operational teams simultaneously
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
