Concrete projects are won and lost on cost control and coordination, and a Columbus contractor needs a Project Manager who understands both.
Own concrete projects from award through closeout. That means budgets and cost tracking, subcontract and material buyout, schedule and submittal management, change orders, and the client relationship, working alongside the field Superintendent.
- Project management experience in commercial or structural concrete
- A solid record managing budgets, change orders, and billing
- Comfort reading structural plans and specifications
- Clear, confident communication with owners and general contractors
- Estimating or takeoff experience
- Familiarity with Procore or comparable software
$120,000 to $150,000 base, permanent, based in Columbus, Ohio.
