We are urgently hiring a Senior Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Columbus, OH. You will partner with our project team to ensure we deliver a high-quality build—on time and on budget.
What You'll Do- Drive Project Success: Work closely with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and within budget.
- Manage Materials: Coordinate materials to match field and design requirements.
- Track Timelines: Monitor and manage material lead time tracking.
- Review Drawings: Lead coordination drawing reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Software
Skills:
Bluebeam experience is required
. - Material Tracking: Proven experience with material lead time tracking is required
. - Commercial
Experience:
Strong background as a Superintendent in commercial construction. - Relocation assistance is available
- Compensation is dependent on experience and open to discussion.
