Digital Design Supervisor

What you’ll be doing

• Lead digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Review and approve design projects created by designers, providing constructive feedback aligned with brand guidelines
• Design promotional assets, including banners, emails, and landing pages
• Apply user experience best practices and industry standards to advise stakeholders and build optimal experiences within existing toolsets
• Translate research and analytics into design solutions that meet business goals and KPIs
• Develop documentation and reusable design templates
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to push creative boundaries
• Present work in internal/client meetings with a clear rationale and adaptability to feedback

• 3–5 years of creative leadership experience
• Experience in eCommerce and B2B marketing
• Proficiency in visual design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of UX, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront, and Figma
