Location:
Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: $19.16/hour
Work Schedule- Remote Training: 4–5 weeks fully remote
- In-Office: 5 days per week after training
- Hybrid:
After 6 months, 3 days in office and 2 days remote
- Handle inbound calls and resolve client service inquiries efficiently
- Support cash management products and digital banking tools
- Meet performance metrics in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and collaborate with team members
