!

As our sociable and helpful Service BDC Agent
, you will identify and secure new leads while also maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with existing customers. In this role, you will rely heavily on your socially focused, “how can I help you?” attitude as you interact with new and existing clients and ensure their service needs are addressed properly by promptly scheduling necessary appointments. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with each day different from the next.

In addition to your natural ability to build and maintain positive relationships, you will also rely on your ability to adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.

Requirements What you’ll do as the Service BDC Agent:
  • Answer all calls from current and prospective clients promptly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule all necessary appointments to properly address customers’ primary concern
  • Ensure all customers are comfortable and informed through effective communication
  • Drive repeat and referral business through the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships with customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of customer records based on interactions
What you’ll need to be our Service BDC Agent:
  • Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
  • Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality
  • Highly precise worker, who remains cautious while respecting authority
  • Previous inbound / outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong customer service skills including problem solving, listening, and communication (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license without restrictions
