We are looking for registered dental assistants with 1+ years of experience who want to set their own schedule and only work when it works for them. Toothio will send available shifts directly to your phone; you decide which to accept. Once you complete a shift, you are paid immediately.

Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary

$55.00 - $65.00 per hour

• Welcome customers in the dental office
• Prepare customers for treatments or check‑ups ensuring their comfort
• Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations
• Assist the dentist through 4‑handed dentistry
• Undertake lab tasks as instructed
• Provide oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well‑stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
• Ensure excellent customer service to make the dentist’s office efficient and pleasant for patients

• Proven experience as a registered dental assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Ability to perform regulated non‑surgical tasks such as coronal polishing (a plus)
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well‑organized and reliable
• High school diploma; graduating from a dental assistant school is preferred
• Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g., EFDA)
• Proven experience as a dental hygienist or similar role
• Dental hygiene license required
• In‑depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in the profession
• Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment
• A patient and friendly personality
• Stamina to meet the physical demands of the job
• Diploma in dental hygiene (preferred)
