The role involves interior space planning & programming, documenting space modifications, participating in construction project teams, coordinating relocations and move operations, creating effective procurement strategies, setting furniture and interior space standards, responding to customer requests, coordinating furniture estimates with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Position SummaryParticipants include programming, budgeting, conceptual design, furniture layouts, procurement, project management, vendor management, move coordination, furniture repair, and warranties. Responsibilities vary within teams of Senior Planners, Construction Managers, and others. The Planner manages the Minor Moves Program, In-Stock Furniture Program, and warehouse inventory, monitors budgets and timelines, reviews design documents and specifications, and coordinates relocations and disposal requests.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Space Planning, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Design, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience required; 2–4 years preferred.
