Entry-Level Architectural Designer

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required.
• Revit/BIM experience preferred.
• Customer‑service focus.
• Previous internship or co‑op experience with an architecture firm.
• Team‑work ability across multiple offices and disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi‑task across projects.

• Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building projects (ground‑up, tenant fit‑out, remodel).
• Daily/weekly communication with project managers.
• Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow‑up.
• Coordination with internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.
• Project administration.
