Electrical Design Technician at Jacobs

Base pay range: $66,000.00 - $90,800.00 per year

Responsibilities

As an Electrical Design Technician supporting our data center design team, you will work with Revit Technicians, Designers, Engineers, and Architects to design and draft drawings for various facility design projects. Your work will utilize diversified knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD to prepare construction drawings for MEP systems.

Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience using Revit and AutoCAD for building-related designs
  • BS Degree reduces this requirement by 1-2 years
  • Proficient in creating and updating templates and project set-up in Revit
  • Familiar with working with central files and local files
  • Ability to manage work-sets, control visibility, and use various parameters in Revit families and schedules
  • Good written and verbal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong skills with Revit 2017 & 2018, BIM
    360, Autodesk, BIM 360 GLUE, and Navisworks
  • US Citizen
