- Lead Product Designer on the Identity Team; work on a horizontal platform to architect the front door of Circle and design systems such as Authentication, Roles & Permissions, and Billing that other product teams rely on.
- Audit existing, fragmented workflows and unify them into a cohesive platform experience.
- Design how users experience Roles, Permissions, and Team Management, making complex logic intuitive for admins and end-users alike.
- Design a scalable centralized billing and subscription experience that unifies how customers pay for different parts of the Circle ecosystem.
- Address high-stakes flows like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSO setup, and account recovery with usability and security.
- Platform & Systems
Experience:
proven track record on platform teams, internal tools, or design systems; understand designing a framework as well as a feature. - Exceptional UI & Visual Design
Skills:
strong typography, color, layout, hierarchy; attention to finish and pixel perfection. - Complexity Wrangling: ability to translate messy requirements into clean, logical UI.
- Component-Based Thinking: expert in Figma; build scalable components with auto-layout, variables, and variants for reuse.
- Strategic Communication: able to articulate the rationale behind design decisions and present to leadership; able to negotiate with engineering partners to maintain design quality.

You understand users are both Circle customers and internal developers and designers who build with your tools.
Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. Compensation ranges and total compensation packages vary by factors including experience, skill set, and location. Base Pay Range: $157,500 - $207,500.
