Architectural Project Manager – Columbus, Ohio
Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00/hr – Permanent Position with benefits, $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and up to $5,000 Relocation Expenses.
Qualifications- Degree in Architecture (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit to create drawings
- Knowledge of architectural detailing, millwork detailing and construction documents for Commercial Projects
- Familiar with Building Codes and MEP systems
- Experience coordinating with Structural and MEP consultants
- Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills
Candidates required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
