Architectural Manager – Columbus, Ohio – JOB 26-00080
Salary Range: $80K - $105K
Permanent Position with Benefits;
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 and up to $5,000 for Relocation Expenses
Columbus, Ohio area architectural firm is looking for an Architectural Manager who is responsible for the day-to-day communication between client and internal staff members to ensure that the needs or concerns of the client are addressed during all phases of the project.
Requirements- Degree in Architecture / Architectural Design
- Preferred Candidates would be Registered Architects, however, NO Registration is required for this position
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on commercial construction experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD and / or Revit drafting and having experience / knowledge of Building Codes
- Previous experience with architectural detailing, millwork detailing and construction documents
- Foundational knowledge of MEP systems and having the ability to coordinate with Structural and MEP consultants
- Capable of proposal preparation and handling negotiations
- Directing Project Managers while maintaining overall project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with the accounting department to complete client billings per the contract
- Conduct physical inspections and oversee quality audits
- Train, mentor and promote the professional development of architects, designers and project managers
