Motion Graphics Designer

Your cursor has opinions, your grid has logic, and your output has soul, which is the rare combination Med Advantage Group needs in a Motion Graphics Designer. You won't find a tighter fit if you've got 5 years, want $54,000 - $85,000, and crave a creative team that lets you lead.

• Hand engineering specs tight enough that the build matches the mock
• Map the emotional arc of a launch video, beat by beat, before a frame is shot
• Defend a strong idea in the room, then refine it the moment data disagrees
• Drive calmly-fast-moving content series from ideation to publication and promotion
• Engineer a template system flexible enough to survive Med Advantage Group's rebrand

• 4+ years that left you with strong instincts and few ilusins
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam
• Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH, or to make remote work
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information
• Familiarity with Med Advantage Group-scale workflows, or the appetite to reach them

Med Advantage Group doesn't chase headlines; it just keeps building the deeply technical creative backbone that Columbus, OH runs on. Disagreement is welcome here, but once we decide, the whole Med Advantage Group team rows in the same direction.

Picture $54,000 - $85,000 as the floor, not the ceiling, with growth coaching and a benefits package that actually flexes around your life.
