Physician -Hospitalist - OB

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time OB/GYN hospitalist to work at three different hospitals, one hospital each day. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Working on Labor & Delivery (L&D) to provide in-house support for patients.
• Performing gynecologic surgeries, like hysterectomies, and managing patients in the clinic.
• Taking care of high-risk pregnancies and performing advanced surgeries related to pregnancy.
• Teaching and supervising residents while they care for patients and in classroom settings.
• Working with education teams to improve how residents learn and prepare.
• Providing care in L&D and during emergencies to ensure patients receive good and timely care.
• Working 12-hour shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and holidays according to a schedule.

You will also be involved in improving the overall care that we provide.

• You must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. We prefer applicants with at least 2 years of experience, but we will also consider new graduates from strong residency programs.
• You need to have a medical license in Ohio or be willing to get one.
• You must have a clean malpractice and license history.
• You need a DEA license or be able to obtain one.
