Family Medicine Physician; MD​/DO - COPC - Family Medicine North

Overview

COPC is the largest independent physician-owned primary care group in the nation. We are seeking an experienced full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join Family Medicine North, 4100 Horizons Drive, Suite 100, Columbus, Ohio 43220. This is a busy outpatient practice with a team including 6 Family physicians, medical assistants, patient service representatives, and an Office Manager. The new physician will replace a departing physician in the spring of 2026 and will inherit an established patient panel.

The candidate can be certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds.

This COPC practice has established a reputation as a primary care group that serves the community. They provide high-quality primary care for all ages with a focus on health education, disease prevention and management to keep their patients well. The practice is open Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm.

Central Ohio Primary Care was founded in 1996 when a group of 33 physicians joined together to emphasize patient care over administrative duties. Today we have over seventy-seven practices, a team of hospitalists, Same Day centers and ancillary services. Our goal is to provide the highest quality preventative and chronic care and education to keep patients out of the hospital whenever possible.

We collaborate with local health systems while staying independently owned. We refer patients to the best specialists regardless of affiliation. Our model focuses on patient care, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. COPC aims to give physicians more time to build relationships with patients and each other while maintaining high standards of care.

Additional COPC Services: COPC has its own Lab, radiology services and vaccine repository. A Care Navigation team answers patients’ medical questions up to 11:00 pm, 7 days a week when a physician is not available. COPC Same Day Centers & Pediatric Support Centers are open for patients needing immediate medical care during the day, some evenings, and weekends. COPC Hospitalist Team provides care for patients admitted to the hospital.
