Leading Healthcare System Seeking an Infectious Disease Physician
Findlay, OH – 1.5 hours south of Detroit, 40 minutes from Toledo. The town of 42k people offers a wonderful small‑town environment. We are a large community hospital (150‑bed, Level III Trauma Center) with a robust multi‑county reach and a long tradition in patient safety.

- Base Salary: $
- RVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): $60/wRVU, 5,500 MPP
- Signing Bonus: $55,000.00

- Infectious Disease Physician – Full‑time, 100% .
- Location:
Findlay, OH (1hr 30min from Detroit). - Blend of inpatient 70% and outpatient 30% with 1‑week hospital service (hospital call, consults, return patients) and 1‑week clinic schedule (3 days 8a‑5p, 2 days off).
- Diverse spectrum of complex patients; option for IV antibiotics at home, outpatient infusion, or nursing home.
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties, interventional radiology, and 24‑hour in‑house hospitalist services.
- Weekly onsite CME; grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network.
- Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees.
- Student support during or following training (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend).
- Dedicated practice team.
- Autonomy and input on schedule, volumes, and practice operations.
- Time with patients who respect your care.
