Department:
The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center. This full‑time faculty position invites a complex family planning specialist to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience.

Position Overview

The General Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks a Complex Family Planning specialist for a full‑time faculty role. Responsibilities include supervising resident continuity clinics, a dedicated resident family planning rotation, the gynecology teaching service, in‑hospital gynecologic consultation, and active participation in medical student education. The role offers opportunities for resident education, research, and direct patient care; provision of obstetric care is optional.

Requirements
  • M.D. or D.O. degree and successful completion of an accredited residency training program.
  • Ability to be licensed to practice medicine from the State of Ohio Medical Board.
  • Current registration with the DEA.
  • Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Board‑certified or eligible physician with fellowship training in complex family planning or equivalent experience.
