The role requires sound clinical judgment, responsive communication, and the ability to partner effectively with interdisciplinary teams and community providers.

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted state license
• Relevant clinical and medication-management experience
• ICF, developmental-disability, or long-term-care experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinical documentation
• Strong judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet credentialing and background-check requirements

We are seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight and collaborative support for an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). This role focuses on medication management, required medical care, documentation quality, and coordination with nursing staff, psychiatric providers, leadership, pharmacies, and outside healthcare facilities. Meeting attendance is generally not mandatory because designated staff attend routine IDT and Human Rights Committee meetings. This position requires an 8 hour monthly commitment, including 2 on-site visits.
