Rock Leadership Residency

The Rock City Leadership Residency is a paid internship designed to help develop potential Rock City leaders into permanent staff roles here at Rock City Church. (Staff roles are not guaranteed upon completion.) Residents will have the opportunity to develop under some of the best leaders in ministry and work in a team environment that encourages personal, professional, and spiritual growth.

• Weekly learning blocks (Ministry Rotations, Rock City Leadership, Spiritual Formation, Masterclass, etc.)
• Sunday serve in a Rock City Leadership role
• Actively participating in a Rock City Small Group
• Attend all-staff required events and activities
• Weekly mentorship with an assigned Rock City Staff member
• Local outreach or Dream Center serve opportunities, as needed
• Special projects, as assigned

• Highly passionate about Jesus and ministry through the local Church
• Secure & self-led leader

• March-August 2025
• 9-5 Monday-Thursday, Sunday (40 hours/week)
• Residents will develop spiritually, personally, and professionally through book discussions, staff training events, weekly learning blocks, their Rock City leadership role, and other ministry opportunities
• Residents will earn an hourly wage of $15/hour and are considered full-time, temporary
• Full-time, temporary roles are not benefits eligible
