Faculty Program Lead – Associate Degree Nursing
Join the faculty team at Mount Carmel Health System as the Faculty Program Lead for the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program.
Responsibilities- Report to the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health.
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership for the program and teach as assigned.
- Oversee the delivery of the academic program, ensuring it meets standards and aligns with MCCN strategic plans.
- Review and confirm the curriculum is updated to remain relevant and effective.
- Champion the interests of MCCN students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and the welfare of the institution.
- Represent MCCN in the most positive manner with a diverse group of faculty, prospective, former and current students, alumni, clients, vendors, and community members.
- Provide leadership and support for faculty, manage resources, foster a positive environment, and ensure academic quality and student success, while engaging in strategic planning and external relations.
- Assist faculty and students with required research/scholarship endeavors, as applicable.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an undergraduate nursing program.
- Current active unrestricted license in the State of Ohio.
- Successfully completed an accredited program.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to the mission, values, and vision of MCCN.
- Conduct themselves according to established MCCN policies and procedures.
- Experience in curriculum development and educational administration preferred.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and contemporary instructional technology.
