Target Salary Range: $55,700.00 - $72,700.00 per year; commensurate with experience, internal equity, the unit’s available budget, and the candidate’s qualifications.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with faculty and instructional staff to analyze and manage instructional needs.
- Apply evidence-based instructional design principles (Quality Matters) to co-develop learning objectives, content, and activities to ensure alignment with curricular outcomes.
- Enhance the instructional capacity of DVM faculty by providing training, support, and resources on effective instructional design, educational technology, and the pedagogical use of AI tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or equivalent experience
- Work experience (minimum of 2 years) in a higher education setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in using the Canvas Learning Management System
- Demonstrated proficiency in using multimedia educational tools
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Artificial Intelligence
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Master’s Degree or Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design.
- Work experience (minimum of 3 years) in a higher education professional school setting.
- Experience with in the content areas of veterinary medicine.
