The Ohio State University at Marion seeks a semester lecturer to teach CSE 2221 Software Components and potentially other CSE courses in Spring 2026. The lecturer is responsible for facilitation of in‑class learning activities, assessments (e.g., quizzes, exams, and homework if applicable), offering of weekly office hours, submission of grades, and resolution of any ongoing student or course issues.
Performance ObjectivesTeaching:
Develop and deliver in‑person courses, both lectures and labs. Contribute to the creation and improvement of course content.
- Master’s degree required in Computer Science or Computer Science Engineering or related area.
- Teaching experience at the post‑secondary level (desired).
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Science Engineering (desired).
