The Ohio State University is seeking an Assistant Professor (9M) in the Department of Economics. The incumbent will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, conduct research, and participate in departmental and university service while maintaining a faculty tenure line.

• Design, deliver, and assess undergraduate and graduate economics courses.
• Maintain an active research program in economics or related social sciences, producing scholarly publications and presentations.
• Serve on departmental and university committees, contributing to policy and curriculum development.

• Ph.D. in Economics, Social Science, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated record of research in economics or social science, evidenced by publications, conference presentations, or a robust doctoral dissertation.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and scholarly service.
• Successful completion of a background check and any required drug screen or physical examinations during the offer process.
