We are seeking an Infant Teacher to join our organization! If you desire to work in a strong Christian environment and be on the front lines of kids' ministry, THIS JOB IS FOR YOU!
Responsibilities- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for infants to develop and reach age-appropriate milestones.
- Demonstrates good judgment in the care and play with infants.
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress.
- Maintain the health and safety of all students.
- Preferable experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields, but not necessary. We provide the training!
- Passionate about working with children.
- Ability to build rapport with children.
- Positive and patient demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
