• Conducting adaptive reading workshops focused on core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster a lifelong appreciation for reading.
• Reviewing student performance metrics to iteratively improve instruction and derive actionable insights.
• Working with the engineering team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools.

• Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience facilitating small‑group reading interventions for early elementary students.
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, forming student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑packaged curricula.
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interactions within those tools.
• Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.
• Able to work on‑site at one of the campus locations listed above.
