About IFI: IFI is a growing faith‑based organization whose mission is to extend life‑changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. Services include airport pickups, holiday hosting, temporary housing, conversation partnerships, social events, and trips.

• Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role.
• Work with campus offices to find ways to serve international students.
• Grow positive and mutually beneficial relationships with staff and faculty.
• Research and identify resources that foster goodwill among the community (e.g., Facebook pages, public transportation information).
• Collaborate with other staff to model effective teamwork.
• Attend all campus ministry meetings.

• Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Faithful, loyal, and dedicated to IFI's mission of extending God's love globally.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and capable of completing tasks independently.
• Self‑starter and team player.
• Ability to work under stress and be flexible.
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor degree in communication preferred).
• Cross‑cultural ministry experience preferred.

• Full‑ or part‑time, flexible schedule.
• Occasional evenings and/or weekends for specific events or projects.
• Attendance at several conferences each year, including IFI Staff Retreats.
• Position based in Columbus, OH; ideal candidate lives within walking distance of the OSU campus.

Typical pay range: $25,709 to $80,000 per year after the period of support development, based on experience and other factors.
