About the Position
The Graduate Assistant Track and Field/Cross Country Coach reports to the Head Coach and is responsible for assisting in all activities necessary to achieve the objectives of the Track and Field/Cross Country programs within NCAA, Great Midwest Athletic Conference, and University guidelines. The role includes coaching student-athletes, recruiting, monitoring academic progress, scheduling, managing travel and scholarships, and overseeing student-athlete discipline, conduct, and image.
