You'll work on the Socratic prompting layer, the teacher-reviewable transcript system, and the guardrails that keep the assistant from caving to student pressure.

Hardest problem on the docket: how not to confirm wrong answers when a confident student pushes back. You'll own evals and the behavior guardrails that prevent that.

Ideal candidate: cares about education, knows how to design LLM evals, and has a working understanding of COPPA and student-data compliance.

- 3+ years LLM application development
- Experience designing LLM evaluation suites
