Heavenly Kids is looking for a passionate and creative Mixed Age Group Teacher to join their dedicated early education team. This is a unique opportunity to inspire young learners across multiple developmental stages in a nurturing, child-centered environment. Responsibilities:- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for a mixed-age group of young learners
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that supports individual growth
- Observe and document child development milestones and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Build positive, communicative relationships with families and caregivers
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program consistency and quality
- Guide social-emotional learning and conflict resolution among students of varying ages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom space
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience teaching or working in a mixed-age or multi-age classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles across multiple age groups
- Current or ability to obtain required Ohio childcare certifications and clearances
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Warm, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
