Recruits students for the MES program and other interdisciplinary graduate/professional sustainability programs or degree enhancements. Provides professional development and training opportunities to students with interests in sustainable energy careers with guidance from the MES leadership team. Collaborates with sustainability education faculty and the Graduate School on strategic planning efforts related to admissions, degree requirements and completion, developing pathways for job placement, development of new curricula and specialization pathways for existing programs, and sustainability-related student engagement opportunities to graduate and professional students.
Builds strong partnerships with sustainability education faculty leadership and key internal and external partners. Creates program resources and materials; assists with program assessment and tracking. Reports to the SI Director of Education and Learning. Completes special projects for SI education initiatives and other duties as assigned. Serves as the Program Manager for Interdisciplinary Graduate and Professional Education and Learning, as a part of the Sustainability Institute (SI).
Manages graduate and professional sustainability programs facilitated by the Sustainability Institute with guidance from the SI Director of Education and Learning, SI Director, Sustainability Education and Learning Committee (SELC) and other associated faculty leadership teams. Advises prospective and current students in interdisciplinary sustainability graduate degree and degree enhancement programs, including the Master of Energy Sustainability (MES) program.

Minimum
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 4 years of experience

* Demonstrated experience in program management, student advising, recruitment, and engagement, with a particular focus on sustainability-related initiatives and concepts.
* Knowledge of university policies, procedures, and student support services, with experience working effectively with diverse student populations.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
