UALC Mill Run Preschool is growing our team! We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher for our 3-year-old class.
We're looking for someone who:- Loves working with young children
- Creates a safe, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment
- Enjoys learning through play and hands-on experiences
- Has experience working with preschool-aged children
- Can plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Communicates warmly and professionally with children, families, and colleagues
- Has a degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education - preferred
- Supports UALC's Christian mission and value

At UALC Mill Run Preschool, we believe children learn best when they are curious, engaged, encouraged, and surrounded by caring educators. Our teachers help children grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically while guiding them through daily routines, positive peer interactions, and meaningful classroom experiences
The Preschool Teacher will collaborate with staff, communicate with families, follow school policies and safety standards, and participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
