Daycare Enrollment Specialist

Heavenly Kids is looking for a passionate and people-focused Daycare Enrollment Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for families seeking quality childcare, guiding them through every step of the enrollment journey. • Manage the full enrollment process for prospective and incoming families, from initial inquiry to first day of attendance
• Conduct center tours and consultations, effectively communicating program offerings and curriculum philosophy
• Maintain and update enrollment records, waitlists, and family databases with accuracy
  
  Follow up with prospective families via phone, email, and in-person to drive enrollment conversions
  
  Collaborate with center directors and teaching staff to ensure smooth family onboarding
  
  Assist with enrollment-related marketing efforts, including community outreach and referral programs
  
  Ensure all enrollment documentation and compliance requirements are completed in accordance with state childcare regulations Requirements:
  • Prior experience in childcare, early childhood education, or customer-facing enrollment/admissions roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, family-friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in data entry and experience with enrollment or CRM software
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Ohio childcare licensing and enrollment compliance is a plus
  • Sales or customer service background with a proven ability to build relationships and close enrollments
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
