Responsibilities and Duties- Provide routine care to ensure child's needs are met
- Create an environment that foster learning and development
- Collaborate with parents to determine child's needs
- Write observations to track progress
- Develop lesson plan activities
- Experience working in a classroom setting
- A CDA or Degree (preferred)
- A passion for working with children
