Eye to I Learning in Columbus, OH is looking for a passionate and nurturing Nursery School Teacher to join our team! • Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for nursery-age children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and daily activities
• Maintain accurate developmental records and observations for each child
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program consistency and quality
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout the school day

• Prior experience working with infants, toddlers, or nursery-age children
• Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and best practices
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and staff
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education
• Ability to pass a background check as required by Ohio childcare regulations
