The Ground Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality ground training programs that support Crew member knowledge, proficiency, and operational readiness. This role facilitates classroom instruction, maintains training records and compliance requirements, and provides feedback to support continuous improvement of training materials and programs. The Ground Instructor partners with learners, instructors, and training stakeholders to promote a positive learning environment, regulatory compliance, and exceptional training outcomes.

• Classroom Instruction & Facilitation
  • Deliver ground instruction for pilot indoctrination, recurrent, and other training programs using instructor-led, video-based, and computer-assisted learning methods.
  • Provide instructional support across the department to ensure training continuity and a consistent learner experience.
  • Facilitate learning environments that promote operational readiness, participation and learner success.
  • Conduct training in accordance with approved curricula, lesson plans, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate learner understanding and provide coaching and feedback.
• Training Administration & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with approved training programs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Complete required administrative and reporting requirements.
• Courseware & Training Support
  • Review training materials and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on courseware effectiveness and learner comprehension.
  • Support classroom preparation and instructional resource management.
• Teamwork & Stakeholder Support
  • Build positive relationships with Crew members, learners, and stakeholders.
  • Support department goals and daily operations.
  • Attend and participate in special events as schedules and operational priorities permit.

Bachelor's in Aviation or Business Administration

2-4 years of experience
