* THE OPPORTUNITY:

** The
** Control Room Operator** **– 2nd Shift
** is responsible for planning, organizing and directing all efforts to assure the WMS (Warehouse Management System), EMS (Equipment Management System), and associated equipment are always operational. The position will work onsite at our Columbus, OH (High Rise Warehouse) location.

This position is critical to eliminate down time, maximize efficiency, and ensure that the plant finished goods inventory is accurate. The Control Room Operator is responsible for having a thorough working knowledge of all distribution center equipment and systems used to support the business. Additional objectives include validations/certification of the system and inventory, identifying and implementing changes to the system, catching picking errors, assisting with training, and performing operation activity to help the team when necessary.
