Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage architectural design for complex commercial, industrial, and municipal projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior staff to foster professional development and growth.
- Manage client relationships, project budgets, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee construction documentation and administration, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Promote a culture of technical excellence, efficiency, and best practices across the firm.
Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive architectural expertise across commercial, industrial, and municipal applications.
- Strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Technical knowledge of building envelope design
- Working knowledge of the building codes
- Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
- Demonstrated leadership, team-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architect.
