• Salary: $97,800.00 – $ (Full‑time)

• Self‑motivated professional Project Manager in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture specializing in all facets of Site Development.
• Lead a multi‑disciplinary, highly interactive team of engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, and technicians.
• Work with developers, planners, builders, and local review agencies to provide dynamic design solutions on site development projects.
• Oversee all phases of design and construction activities while helping to develop efficient, timely, and cost‑effective solutions for MSG.

• 10+ years of experience in design and plan preparation, with at least 5 years of site development projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture; preferred to be a licensed Professional Engineer or Landscape Architect.
• Experience with industry design standards, guidelines, and specifications (e.g., City of Columbus, surrounding counties, ODOT).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D grading expected; proficiency in independent preparation of Hydraulic/Hydrologic reports, roadway design, and survey experience is a plus.
