Rogue Fitness is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for our Warehousing Operations in Columbus, Ohio. The role is fully onsite; remote work is not available. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

Compensation
: $113,000–$149,000 per year.

• Utilize the intersection of technology, hardware and software, and Industrial Engineering to drive improvements
• Lead the design of new building layouts and process flows to optimize operational efficiency
• Provide engineering support to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
• Work cross‑functionally to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Distill large volumes of data into actionable business strategies
• Support business strategy and help identify key projects for the group

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering is required
• Advanced engineering Degree or MBA is a plus
• 3+ years of work experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is required
• 5+ years of work experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment is preferred
• Experience developing optimized plant layouts using CAD
• Experience purchasing capital equipment and supporting production start‑up
• Experience with automation of material handling processes
• Must have lean training and the ability to utilize lean tools
• Knowledge of quality systems and process controls
• Data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to find solutions through data analysis and attention to detail
• Must have a hands‑on mentality and the ability to work effectively with production team members
