The Design Engineer plays a critical role in bridging product development and manufacturing. This position ensures that all parts are thoughtfully engineered with manufacturability, quality, and long-term production performance in mind. A key focus is proactively safeguarding production from design‑related issues while contributing to the creation of robust, reliable products.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to interpret, clarify, and execute design specifications and all related aspects of product development.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and support throughout the design and development process.
• Develop, maintain, and report on design review schedules to ensure timely progression through project milestones.
• Manage and control customer specifications, ensuring alignment with internal standards and project requirements.
• Oversee prototype planning, ordering, and delivery to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide support for APQP activities to drive successful product launches.
• Participate in and support customer presentations and audits, including J‑SOX, TS16949, and ISO
  14001 compliance activities.

• Previous experience interfacing with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
• Hands‑on experience with 3D CAD design tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field), or equivalent professional experience.
