The role will focus on developing agentic AI systems for industrial applications, designing, testing, and deploying advanced manipulation techniques, motion control systems, and planning algorithms for autonomous robots.

• Develop and deploy behavioral cloning, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models to solve complex robotic tasks.
• Leverage multimodal data (image, force, torque) to enhance manipulation and control.
• Design vision‑language‑action (VLA) models for intelligent and responsive robotic systems.
• Craft lifecycle strategies, including data collection, fleet learning, and continuous learning.
• Optimize and deploy learning‑based methods for robot control and object manipulation on industrial robotic cells.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate manipulation, control, and planning algorithms into robotic platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics, control theory, and planning.

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience publishing at top conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CoRL, RLC).
• Experience with robotic simulation tools (Isaac Sim, Mu Jo Co ).
• Experience applying machine‑learning techniques to robot manipulation and developing real‑world models.
• Strong programming skills in C++ or Python.
• Experience in pose estimation, segmentation, active perception, and affordance-based bin picking.
• Proven track record deploying scalable autonomous robotic solutions.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts.
