Civil​/Environmental Engineering Co-op

• Assisting senior engineers in performing planning, design, and construction for utility infrastructure projects including water supply, distribution, pumping, storage, and treatment, as well as wastewater conveyance, storage, pumping, and treatment
• Utilize and further develop existing drafting skills in AutoCAD on a variety of water line, sewer, force main, and treatment plant projects for municipal clients in the region
• Assisting with plan and specification development, cost estimating, calculations, reports, exhibits, meetings, presentations, and project site visits/field work
• Field work may include short duration documentation of construction activities, condition assessments, and verification of existing conditions

• Current Civil or Environmental Engineering student at an ABET accredited college or university
• Related coursework in water/wastewater required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, REVIT experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in at team setting both in the office and in the field (90% in office/10% field work)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
